Allow me to introduce myself, I'm Gennaro. I was born in Naples in 1996 but have lived in Perugia since I was two years old. I attended the hotel management school in Assisi where I obtained a Diploma in Food and Beverage and Hotel Hospitality – Food and Beverage Course – Kitchen Sector. After school, I started working in the catering industry as a pizzaiolo in the most renowned pizzerias in the area. I immediately realised that this was a reality too limited for my ambitions. So, I decided to test myself and move to Australia with the aim of learning new techniques in the field of catering, which has always been my passion. After a year, I decided to return to Italy and embark on what would be my greatest challenge: opening my own pizzeria. Ravo Pizza Experience is the result of commitment, experience, and continuous research to present a traditional product like pizza in a completely different way, also thanks to my creativity.

Pizzeria

The pizzeria was established in June 2023 in the Settevalli area of Perugia.

It consists of two open-plan rooms which have direct access to the kitchen. The lighting makes the environment elegant and welcoming, as well as highlighting the refined decor of the establishment, which has been meticulously cared for.

We conceive of our pizzeria as an immersive and elegant experience, leading our guests to the discovery and knowledge of new flavours.

Our cuisine is developed along two integrated paths: on the one hand, the tradition of Mediterranean regional catering, and on the other, culinary innovation.

Strongly rooted in the region, we select only the finest seasonal raw ingredients. Our cuisine aims to preserve the authenticity of the ingredients used, while enhancing their flavour through innovative techniques.
